Code & PIN

After verification, staff will send you a one-time Top-Up Code and PIN.
Keep them private—admins will never ask for your PIN in public channels.
Redeem by logging in to the game, in the character selection page, click on topup button. Input the Code + PIN provided by the page.
Codes/PINs are single-use; once redeemed, EP is credited to the chosen character.
If you made a mistake (wrong character, etc.), contact us immediately with the receipt and code reference.
